Maybe skydivers could utilize this idea

Recommended Posts

Reports from the field found that the athletes were able to play harder and last longer using this medical treatment. They also found that they could play harder and last longer at lower altitudes as well. There were some dangers in trying to continue to perform after four hours, though.

If skydiver's get to a point where we have to take performance enhancing drugs to make a jump, then we've gone too far.

There might be application to the bigways going to higher and higher altitudes if it means higher O2 saturation in the blood. If instead it means longer endurance, not so useful.

Not too hard to test - o2 monitors and random distribution of pills/placebos during the day. Check level at exit altitude - at least 18k, preferably higher.

the side effects may harm performance, or just be hilarious.
