When I was a packer I would pay for a repack if *I* caused a malfunction. I would also help chase down the freebag and go treking across hill and dale to find the main with the jumper. I wouldn't have paid for lost freebags, handles, risers or the main, but I would work hard to help find the gear with the jumper.

Ok you two, how much do you guys make an hour? Would you tell your boss who is paying you $50+ an hour you pay me to show up but not to work? This nonsense doesn't work for me. I don't stow my breaks or cock my pilot shoot unless things are slow and I FEEL like it. I pay WELL and expect the finished product to reflect the price I am paying. Any packer that thinks like you two will not pack for me and they shouldn't be packing for anyone. Let them go work at McDonalds for 9 bucks an hour.
