The article can be found in the Safety section of the site here but it appears that the link is broken at the moment. The other information that you asked about can be found in the document attached to this post(and then some). One thing that has changed in the document is in regards to turns and landing. Check with manifest to get the latest rules for turns. The placards inside the aircraft explain the lights ,your actions during take off(helmets, seat belts) and if you are on one of the skyvans, there is is an explanation of the CG point and how many people are allowed beyond the red line at one time. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to e-mail Skydive Arizona directly as they are prompt in replying to e-mails.PS: I've attached an Excel sheet on exit separation that can be used by the door of the aircraft. If you want to learn more about "exit separation" do a search as there are a few very informative threads on the topic.
