MILITARY VETERAN SKYDIVERS

Recommended Posts

Our GI Education benefits pay for vocational licensing, college courses, and "on the job training". What if you want to be a skydiver for your career? Does anyone know if there is a way that you can collect GI Bill Education Benefits to obtain skydive ratings?

That would be a good trick if you can do it but I'm pretty sure that the school would have to be accredited and I don't think skydiving schools usually have this ticket punched. However, I really don't know for sure. Good luck working the system if it is possible.
Think of how stupid the average person is and realize that statistically half of them are stupider than that.

My advice would be use your GI Bill wisely to increase your job marketability. ITs a one time shot... I used every last penny of mine.

In the long run being able to make more money will allow for a lot more skydiving in the future.

Shee-iit,
If there was even a possibility of that they still wouldnt pay for the training.

If you compare it to getting your pilots license it'd be like this.

They'll pay for the ground school.

You pay for the flying hours.
once you get rated there ar eprograms to help you defer the cost of getting commercial rating etrc but nothing until then.
