I have talked to one other DZ (an AFF Instructor at a DZ) and it sounds like we won't be allowing him to jump. I am not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example. He at least called and told us he was on his way. And, no, this has nothing to do with his residence weather by chioce or birth. This started with a story that wasn't adding up. As I do not have first hand knowledge or proof in hand, I don't feel comfortable posting. I do have multiple trusted sources however, so I believe the information to be accurate.
