Perris in the summer - early early morning. I'm perfectly happy getting there at 6am, since it's a lot cooler then.

During the winter, around 1pm you get warmer temps without too much of the summer dust devil activity.

I used to like doing "sunset" tandems at Brown - they often ended up pushing sunset until they were almost night jumps. The lights of Tijuana were really cool, and delineated the marine layer creeping in very clearly.

Evenings.

Especially the ones in late summer when it's still warm and the air is so still it's unreal.
