Nope, even my college physics professor did it. On an exam question, no less.
Skydivers don't knock on Death's door. They ring the bell and runaway... It really pisses him off.

He didn't forget at all. He was just making life easy for those who can't solve differential equations.:P We physics professors are forced to do that or hardly anyone would ever pass the course.
