It's on lots of NPR stations at various times, on XM radio, and on the web site, though it looks as if the story itself is not available as a separate download -- you need to listen to the whole show. I think it's a pretty good story. The reporter appears to be confused about CRW vs. RW, but other than that I liked it. If you're listening to the whole show online, the story starts at about 19:30 and runs to about 26:12. Alternatively, I downloaded the show and made an mp3 (128 kbit, 44.1 KHz) of just that story here. EulePLF does not stand for Please Land on Face.
