Just made 3 jumps at the Alaska DZ and sounds like it well be closeing or moveing as the owners are trying to sell the busness and moveing on. EricTheRed 0 #30 September 28, 2006 I made one jump there with my wife last weekend (Thanks Urban) and as usual the people were great. basically, Eugene skydivers is using a field a few miles to the north for landing and running a shuttle back to the airport. The landing field is big, with lots of outs, but there is a river just to the north that could eat any poorly spotted cut-aways. (2 different times actually) You may remember the buy in the 18 wheeler that drove up. I truly hope you folks have no further troubles and can rectify the issues you are currently having.
