daniel52587 0 #1 February 5, 2007 Ok, so I graduated my AFF training. I also did 1 solo dive which was great. I did like 10 front flips exiting the plane. Now I have to start renting gear. I need to get some equipment so it will be less expensive to rent. Could you guys please recommend me some altimeters, flight suits, and a good helmet. Now I really like the look of the full face helmets. I want one with the best field of fiew. I have to see. Also, I would like one where the visor comes on and off. I may wear sunglasses instead, that is why. Please help me out. Thanks. Ask the owner of the rigging shop, the DZO, the staff, the packers, etc. who you should talk to about gear.Rodriguez Brother #1614, Muff Brother #4033 Jumped: Twin Otter, Cessna 182, CASA, Helicopter, Caravan
 DougH 270 #5 February 5, 2007 Ask your instructors. Start by buying the accessories. Do a few more jumps on rental gear until you find a canopy size you'll be on for a little while, then look for a used rig.
