Zeppo 0 #2 February 5, 2007 I heard they were doing a hard drive replacement...maybe that's the reason, but I thought that was last week Hopefully they'll be back up soon. What goes up, must come DOWN!!!
IanHarrop 42 #3 February 5, 2007 They put in a new drive last week but perforance sucked, it was slower than snot... not sure how slow snot is... I'm betting that performance is being looked at and hopefully improved."Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
pilotdave 0 #4 February 5, 2007 Yeah, when the new drive went in, Matt also upgraded the operating system. Something on the server config wasn't set right and the server was going REALLY slow. Something was apparently eating the memory, so eventually it crashed. He's going to reboot tomorrow, but we have to track down the real problem. BIGUN 1,397 #6 February 5, 2007 Back in the day, this was usually a kernel version - is that still an issue?Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
pilotdave 0 #7 February 5, 2007 Back up and running fast as hell right now. Still sorting out some problems though. If you get logged out, just log back in. I'm trying to solve that problem. Dave
