s10surfer 0 #27 October 30, 2006 I just finished a class for my MBA and I completed a Business Plan with a 5 year financial analysis. We bought all of the skydiving equipment and office equipment but leased everything else, leased aircraft, building, and such. We based our 5 year projections on an initial investment of $450,000. $50,000 was raised between three owners and $400,000 would come from a private investor. The investor would be paid in full by the fifth year with 15% each year. We broke even by the 3rd year and the drop zone was worth 1.6 million by the 5th year. It can be done, but it takes a lot of preparation and time to do it right.
