Even seemingly small things like jumping without a jump suit can present potential problems you may not think of. Tuck your SHIRT in your pants and you should be fine as long as its a few inches in. A friend of mine was wearing a jeans jacket with hand pockets jumping one day. He chopped his main and couldn't find his reserve handle. It had slipped into the jacket pocket. He had to reach in the pocket and pull out the handle to pull his reserve. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites slug 1 #13 September 7, 2006 We found out the hard way that a light rain on the ground in the winter time was actually snow at 2-3K Flying thru the snow and watching it collect inside the cells of the canopy was a new experience for us. When we landed we also found some ice had collected on the leading edge of the canopy and fell off on landing. Still don't know how much snow inside the canopy it would take to affect canopy performance and wouldn't want to find out. R.I.P. At my DZ us students are required to wear full gear until we get an A license.
