pilotdave 0 #2 December 5, 2005 Never heard of it. Was it any good? No seriously it's down while we convert it over to a porn site so we can start making some money. I mean... Ummm... I dunno. The web host is prolly still looking for a bigger hammer to smack the server with or something. Dave

You must not know any surfers, or skaters...there are quite a few more surfing movies sold a year than skydiving, probably 100000 to 1.Get in - Get off - Get away....repeat as neccessary

UntamedDOG 0 #9 December 6, 2005 Quote I mean... Ummm... I dunno. The web host is prolly still looking for a bigger hammer to smack the server with or something. This is terrible. I was getting ready to upload my video compilation. I even recorded an “UntamedDOG” rap song that I mixed in with the footage. The song was mostly about lousy bathrooms and DC-9’s that don’t fly. I wanted everyone to hear it! Pilotdave, I resent your cavalier approach to web mastering and I demand that you fix this problem immediately. skybytch 273 #10 December 6, 2005 Quote I need my fix - when I can't jump, I watch the vids. So when it's up again, download and save them. Then you can watch them whenever you want... and save some bandwidth for the rest of us too!
Andy_Copland 0 #11 December 6, 2005 Yea i gotta say thanks for skydiving movies aswell. pilotdave 0 #12 December 6, 2005 3.7 gigs? There's just under 40 gigs on the site. You've got some downloading to do! BTW, I've discovered that Matt the web host has a filter to block all my emails that say "server is down." I'll need to think of a more creative way of informing him to go hit ctrl-open apple-reset. Hey that was pretty good right there! Dave

Hey that was pretty good right there! Dave For the record, I don't have a filter to your mail. I didn't get the first mail you sent a couple days ago. Spam filter musta ate it. And, although I run a mac. I would never be stupid enough to run a websever on a Mac. Skydivingmovies.com is Intel running Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP. Dedicated hardware and all that. It just barfed and needed a power cycle. Anyway, it is back up and running as of about an hour ago (didn't want to tell anyone so I can download the newest movies first) -Matt
pilotdave 0 #17 December 6, 2005 Do modern Macs still have an open apple button? I was thinking of an Apple IIe. And don't lie about the server. We know it's hamster powered. Bubbles the SkydivingMovies.com hamster died and you had to make a run to the pet store, didn't you?. Dave
