Good luck getting a bunch of skydivers away from the a DZ on a nice weekend.

I think it would be a much better choice to try to organize an outting in city.
I was actually thinking about posting something about meeting on a thursday night for many, many, many drinks

Drinks would be better. With the summer coming to an end, it would be hard to give up a weekend day for a picnic.

If you want to do dinner and drinks somewhere, I'm in. We could meet for jumps the next day at a DZ.
