To balance out the threads critical of this year's WFFC, I would just like to state for the record that I had a FANTASTIC time and really appreciate the hard work of all those who made it possible. :)
Highlights for me included:

1. Free load organizing and coaching with Airspeed. They are very generous in sharing their knowledge, experience, and enjoyment of skydiving.
2. Multi-point 16-way out of Skyvan with 4 turning pieces and video by Karen "Lew" Lewis.
3. My first cutaway.
4. Demo of Pilot canopy, very nice.
5. Jumps with Helga from Germany, Lief from Sweden, John from West Point, VA, Drew from US Naval Academy, and Dave from Mohawk Skydivers NY.
6. Hearing about all the cool jumps others were doing, including Bird Man, high altitude, balloon, etc.

Did anyone else have fun?

>Got my 2000th jump, did a 30,500 foot HALO jump for free . . .

Derek P almost got a HALO jump for free, but couldn't drag his ass out of bed at 4am. So we went up one short. Given that, at 180lbs, I was about the skinniest person on the load, it was probably a good thing we were one short.

It was my first convention, and I had a blast!

Demo'd two very nice canopies, flew my first wingsuit (beer), jumped out of a wide variety of aircraft, enjoyed much free beer, loved the toga party, and co-founded the blu-tod-hos (read: blue toed hoes)

Also, I think I saw your cutaway. It was on monday, a spinner, opened the reserve at maybe 1000 feet or so, on the other side of the 'landing' runway from tent city? If so, your delay had me quite worried after hearing about the saturday incident. Good save, though. :D

edited to ask billvon how he got a free HALO jump!? The envy is leaking out of my pores.

Yup, that would be me. The actual cutaway pull was closer to 1600-1800 ft, did not check my altitude immediately following reserve deployment. One of my last thoughts prior to cutting away was about the Saturday incident and not wanting to repeat the error of deciding too late to cut away.
