BlindBrick 0 #51 October 21, 2004 Quoteare you sure the 2nd kidney is necessary?) Not sure. Someone told me today that the local casinos have a strong history of supporting Native American athletes so I'm going to see if I can get some sponsorship for Nationals. Should be easier than scheduling a trip to South America to sell a organ. -Blind"If you end up in an alligator's jaws, naked, you probably did something to deserve it." BGill 0 #52 October 23, 2004 Quote And all of us are going to lake whales for the college boogie, eeeh? EEEH?! There are 2 events: Collegiate BOOGIE @ Skydive Williston just outside of Gainesville (amazing time I might add, our club will be going for the 4th year in a row this year) and this is usually MLK weekend. Collegiate Nationals @ Lake Wales, which is right around the Holidays time. I haven't been but if you wanna compete that's the spot. I recommend people come out to the Boogie at Williston. It's tons of fun, and the only thing that could make it better is more people. Last year we had Birdman, Aerodyne, and Jumpshack come out demoing gear, and I'm sure it'll be just as good this year. Christina Norris (UF President) organizes the boogie each year. PM me if you'd like her contact info. Oh yeah, University of Maryland represent!! falling.gator 0 #73 November 9, 2004 I'm a VP of UF Falling Gators. I'm a new jumper, but I just can't seem to get enough. Skydiving and college do mix, even at a large university with an active social scene. The Collegiate Boogie @ Skydive Williston will be Jan. 14th - 17th and I'll be there all day, every day since my club is throwing it. Everyone is invited to a great party with plenty of skydiving.
