Alana and Justi did a Skyhook demo this weekend at Skyfest. It was remarkable to see how quick the reserve deployed once they cutaway their main. Watching their demos actually further convinced that this is the way to go and I will be buying a new Vector with a Skyhook within the next month.
I am glad to hear that you had such a good experience with it as well and that everything was ok. This convinces me even more that this is the way to go!

I just got my micron 306 with skyhook in it and you just answer one of my biggest question how the skyhook performs under a spinning mal. Thanks bro

My question is- since the reserve is coming out so quickly after the main, is there any risk of entanglement with this system?

That's sort of how it _works._ Picture a main/reserve PC entanglement.

Does any one know if Bill Booth has started to sell this to other manufactors? Will it ever be offered as a retro to older rigs?
If you do a search the response is basically no and no as I understand it.

what was the exit altitude????
if instabilty on exit was a factor,
why pull so quickly???
wouldn't it be better to get squared away
in the air first,,, and then pull ?
Deploying ONE second out the door, ( especially on a high speed jumprun ) is
like a batter who decides he's gonna swing before the pitch is even thrown.
skydive softly skydive often skydive with friends
