skydivingdutch 0 #1 October 30, 2004 Yo all, I've been busy, but I spend lots of my free time developing new dropzone software (see here) Its getting pretty close to completion, and looks slick IMO. For the Manifest section, I have a list of loads for the day, and when you edit one of the loads, you choose the pilot plane etc and of course list of jumpers. I would like to know how all the manifesters here would like this to work, so it can be as user friendly as possible. How should the load be displayed? How should you enter a person to the load? Any other suggestions? When I have a release candidate I am happy with, I will post a link so you all can try it out. Thanks. I had started a project about a year ago trying build the same and lost interest (mostly knowing it would never really pay anything). Regardless, I would like to see some screen shots. goodnplentygirl 0 #5 November 2, 2004 I work manifest at Skydive San Marcos, and i have been dying for someone to come out with a manifest system that is easy, but wonderful at the same time. I would like something that you can enter in all your jumpers info in one section, and maybe you can categorize it i.e. Local jumpers, out of state jumpers, and student jumper, and staff. also an area for jumpers who keep money on account where everytime you manifest them it automatically takes the money out of the account (like Manifest Master 2000 does) and also something that everytime you manifest someone it shows if their waiver is in date, reserve in date, and USPA membership and lisence is in date. We use Manifest Master 2000 here, and it works good, but needs quite a few modifications and updates. With that i think it would be the perfect manifest system!
