Generally, you can look things up in the code of federal regulations, the web site for your state legeslature, as well as the constitution. If its not in there, find your county law library and do some reasearch there or on lexis/nexis.-- drop zone (drop'zone) n. tetra316 0 #5 April 16, 2005 How about can an airport commission require a skydiving business to have liabilitiy insurance that covers their operations and names the city as an insured? I'm not talking about slip and fall coverage as I understand that is required regardless of the nature of the business. I thought that type of insurance was optional and up to the business owner.
