SansSuit 1 #26 October 16, 2004 QuoteAnyone ever been on a naked load-everyone naked? Sure. On more than one occasion I've been on a full King Air load where everyone jumps nekkid. Even the pilot flew nekkid.Peace, -Dawson. http://www.SansSuit.com The Society for the Advancement of Naked Skydiving
wilmshurst 0 #27 October 16, 2004 If I remember rightly, the temperature decreases 1.98 degrees celcius for every 1000 feet of altitude. Re frostbite, it is very common for people to jump in winter with _some_ exposed skin and I have never heard of frostbite occuring, even when temperature at altitude/exit was around zero (celcius). Go fo it, the only thing you have to lose is your dignity. The only thing worse than a cold toilet seat is a warm toilet seat.

billvon 2,998 #30 November 1, 2004 > Anyone ever been on a naked load-everyone naked? Two, both at the WFFC. One coincided with a landing gear failure; Winsor (in all his naked glory) stayed on board to help Mike Mullins divert to a nearby airport and bounce the airplane up and down on the good wheel to get the other one down. I always wondered what the NTSB report would have read if they had crashed attempting that. "Inexplicably, the copilot was found wearing a parachute but no clothing."
