AggieDave 6 #8 October 15, 2004 Freak'n badass dude! The music choice was really made that video, without that music it could have been just another random skydiving video.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Mixxit 0 #9 October 15, 2004 Great job Alex! Looks good man! I still think there should have been more shots of Skydive Greensburg in there! Maybe some shots of me trying to land that 170 last weekend would have made for some good comedy! Nice work bro!
Fab 0 #10 October 15, 2004 great video, the mint green/purple chute in the middle of the movie...Is that what's called a dynamic stall? Remind me to never try that myself _______________________________________
TEric 0 #11 October 16, 2004 VERY nice! That music gets me going - I really wish the weather here for the weekend was going to be such crap! BTW - was the last guy trying to do a wingover? It's so quick I couldn't see what caused the splash.

djmarvin 2 #13 October 16, 2004 Fab, That guy just pulled down his rear risers while the brakes were still stowed. It starts as a dynamic stall and then is considered a Full Ram Air Stall by USPA SIMS. He does that all the time. If he has a good spot count on Papa Surf stalling his canopy. If you ever do decide to try it, make sure you are high and let up smoothly and evenly on the risers. I have done it several times on a canopy loaded at 1.9 and his is about 1.4.
