Kramer 0 #2 September 12, 2004 Man! Did your student say anything? That looked pretty brutal. It almost looked as though you were above your fully inflated main for a second there...which I would think to be impossible...but the things they can do these days...what with the technology and all...I don't know why I'm still typing... The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!
adrenalinejunki 0 #3 September 12, 2004 That looked pretty rough! Must have been my Sabre 1......lmao __________________________________________________What's the worst that can happen?
AggieDave 6 #4 September 12, 2004 That sucked. Was your student ok? Any complaints about back/neck pain? Icarus tandem main? The only tandem opening I've ever had that was very hard was on an Icarus tandem main. Sigmas have always treated me very nice...*knock on wood*--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

jerm 0 #11 September 13, 2004 frank!!!! how's are ya? i hope it gets better.. the neck is still... ouch.. course i jumped another full day today...witha nice canopy, tho. to and ser everyone's questions... it was a 384EZ.. the ranch is all sigma rigs... about about 70% sigma mains. the sigmas have always trated me beautifully.. this was a back-to-back where the rig was at the laoding area for me.. not much of a a choice... perfectly regulation vector tandem bands... but as i didn't pack it, i dunno how well/large the stows were done. as for the student.... said his thighs were a bit sore, but i think he made out better being more loose, where as i was expecting one thing and got quite another.... the neck is being held together with massage and buprofin... probably shouldn't be jumping for a few days 'eh? hmmmmm maybe i should call off tomorrow.. gak Landing without injury is not necessarily evidence that you didn't fuck up... it just means you got away with it this time
Reginald 0 #12 September 13, 2004 Ouch...sorry to see that. After a couple of hard openings I'm actually scared of them. It took me a few weeks to recover formt he last one. I hope you are okay and recover quickly."We've been looking for the enemy for some time now. We've finally found him. We're surrounded. That simplifies things." mr2mk1g 10 #13 September 13, 2004 I'd recomend getting a proper sports massage. Should cost you somthing like $30 and it'll do you the world of good and likely speed your recovery. Whiplash can be an arse.

AggieDave 6 #18 September 14, 2004 An EZ-384 huh? That blows, I'm not a real big fan of that canopy and I've had one get a little snappy on me, but nothing like that.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
