sdctlc 0 #3 April 8, 2004 There has been some talk in the Swooping forum regarding airlocks and the RAGE canopy. Fandango (I think) put up this comparason between the traditional canopy, airlock canopy and RAGE canopy. It is bias towards a RAGE for airflow issues, shown in the drawings. peacefuljeffrey 0 #6 April 9, 2004 Congratulations! May you have many safe and fun jumps with your Lotus. I bought mine several months ago and have about 50 jumps on it. I like the airlock a lot and I'm glad that I let Michelle Germain talk me into it. I have a lot of faith in the concept, and she told me a story about flying through a dust-devil that did not manage to deflate her canopy -- credited to the airlock -- when having that happen would have been disastrous. --Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind...
