koz2000 1 #3 March 11, 2004 Stong only has so many examiners, usually done somewhat by region. This way they can keep more control of who's giving ratings. My DZO (The Skydiving Place) is a Stong examiner, so if you're passing through NC he can give you the transition. NCjumpjunkie is his DZ.com name.
