ChasingBlueSky 0 #1 February 27, 2004 I've seen a few people complain over the last year of their handling with the TSA while traveling with their rig. Quite a few people have sent in letters to the TSA about the issues they have had.... Just curious if the TSA has ever responded to your letters?_________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... Gr8Scott 0 #3 February 27, 2004 Hi, I recently had my pin cut and the TSA was very responsive in dealing with the matter. If you are looking for guideliness for travelling with your rig you can go to USPA or TSA websites or the following URL: http://www.flybirdman.com/tsa/ Kevin has put pictures and a summary of what happened and links to the TSA website where you can get a copy of their bulletin. You can go to: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=941289;page=2;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25; to see a post I made regarding my experience and my (very positive) experience with the claim process with the TSA after the fact.
