SouthernJumper 0 #6 January 21, 2004 what about the MIG jet?
PhreeZone 20 #7 January 21, 2004 Don is also the owner of the MiG that was at WFFC years ago. And Perris has I think a DC9. Its not in flyable condition yet so you might have to wait a bit on that. http://208.179.6.7/pictures/2003_1218/IMG_0464.JPGYesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

riggerrob 643 #10 January 21, 2004 Your best bet is phoning Ben or Pat Conatser at Perris. Even if their DC-9 is not airworthy at the moment, the promise of a fat movie contract will sure accelerate the overhaul process.
skymedic 0 #11 January 21, 2004 Don is the owner of many many MiGs...including the only MiG 29's in the US...I wonderhow he got them bad boys through customs....hehehe Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

dreamsville 0 #16 January 21, 2004 Will we ever EVER get to jump the jet again? I am worried that they won't get insurance coverage and won't risk it, just like before. I never did it but want to. |I don't drink during the day, so I don't know what it is about this airline. I keep falling out the door of the plane. dgskydive 0 #18 January 21, 2004 If the old jet doesn't come back, I bet that Perris works out something with WFFC. It only holds like 80 people or something like that. I don't know if it will be big enough They had a bunch of us sit in it one day to see how the seats work with our rigs on and if we could walk down the aisles without getting stuck on something. I guess they are going to take out the last 6 rows of seat for a staging area. It is a really nice jet.Dom
