Anyway, damn dude, that's a good question!! I wish I could answer it... I guess the idea of being a freeflyer is to be able to fly on every surface of your body. (Yes, bellyflying is still freeflying....) However, even if a person can just sitfly, it's still a freefly dive. So this becomes a very difficult question due to this very fact. IMHO, here's how you figure it out. If you go out to the dz wearing a baggy freefly suit, have hair color other than your natural tone (like purple), listen to techno like it's religion, have lots of tattoos and/or piercings, never dirt dive, never plan the exit till 10 grand, and say "DUDE THAT WAS AWESOME" if you just hovered in front of them for 9000 ft, then you're a freeflyer.
