ernokaikkonen 0 #2 January 19, 2004 The Sabre2 is a completely re-designed canopy that has very little in common with the Sabre except the name. The original Sabre was introduced in early 90's, the Sabre2 is a much newer design.
EDYDO 0 #3 January 19, 2004 Quotewhats the difference in a saber2 and a regular saber?anybody know? I have jumped the Sabre and own a Sabre2. The Sabre2 has lighter toggle pressures and a more powerful flare. It is slightly elliptical and has a faster turn rate. Ed
jaybo 0 #4 January 19, 2004 Saber 2 is all that and more, also snivels longer for a softer opening. So dont pull too low, 500' snivels are common and I've had a couple 700'.
GravityGirl 0 #5 January 19, 2004 The Sabre two is slightly tapered. Handles better in and out of turns. Bigger slider for better openings. These are the two most notible differences in performance IMHO. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
