How could EVERYONE here not want one?!?!?

That looks like the thing I saw a small company working on and doing some 24" test flights with at Lodi a month ago or so. Does anybody know if that is it or is it something else.

What I heard was that a FAT check from the military was waiting for them when they demonstriate that it can fly something like 100 yards at an altitude of 3 to 4 feet.

Looks cool but not too practical. Good luck to them though.

That picture is of something called the SoloTrek XFV. A company in California has been working on the R+D for several years now. I think they have moved on to later generations, but the general concept remains the same.
