Question with Gatorz for jumping

Recommended Posts

Anybody jump the smaller framed styles like the demora or stealth? If so how do they work in the high wind? If you jump gatorz at all please let me know what type of frame, i got a sick deal where i can get them cheap, but don't know which model to choose. Thanks!

I have a pair of Transformers and a pair of Billets (older model).

Love them both, they're both great for jumping. The Transformers are quite large, if you are a larger person with a larger face, you can pull it off, otherwise, they look really really bad.

The bad thing, though, I'm fixing to weld my Transformers back together, for the 2nd time, the hinges have popped off the "arms" and Gatorz will charge me to fix them this time (since they blamed abuse the first time). Basically I have really acidic skin and the apoxy they use to hold them in place, corroded away. So a couple tack welds and I'll have a solution...just need to get to that.:P

I wear a pair of Gatorz and have kept with them for the past year now...
I enjoy them since they diffuse the light as well as being shaded so I can use them on sunset loads with out any hassle...
I have found that any sunglass that can wrap around your face and be tightened using some "croakie" or "chums" works well...
I suggest just going out and trying different pairs to see what works for you...
