Skydive Walterboro in South Carolina. 2 Cessna 182's and when it gets busy they break out the Cessna 172! Picnic table by the landing area!!!

Now I haven't been there in 5 years but most definately the #1 DZ, no doubt

That's where I made my 1st skydive/tandem. It's also my Dad's home dz B|.

Although... I have to vote for Skydive Alabama as my fav :)

Moss Point definitely has great bathrooms. I'd say probably the best of any DZ.

However, my vote for all-time best DZ is Skydive City in Zephyrhills Fla. They have great facilities, great people and an all-around good vibe.

Gold Coast on Moss Point, MS....cause they have the coolest people and cleanest restrooms and showers. my wife could take leasons on bathroom cleaning from these people.

You have to be kidding. Skydive Chicago even has its restrooms featured in its ads.

My vote is for WFFC. Now I know you're thinking, but that's a boogie. Yes, but it's also a DZ for ten days out of the year. For me WFFC has everything a jumper needs.

Best Fleet - WFFC no doubt at all!
Best Party - WFFC
Best Facilities - Skydive Chicago
Best Landing area - Lake Wales
Best coaching - SDC/Perris
Most jumps a year - Perris/Eloy/SDC/Crosskeys?
Most skill on a DZ - SDC freefly/Perris RW
Most friendly DZ - Skydive Greene County/Skydive Temple
Most Sky:ph34r:'s at a DZ - Raeford!

Now for a more intersting list... "the worst of". I know I'll take heat for a few of these but they are my experiences at them.

Worst Bathrooms - WFFC
Worst fleet - a few 182 DZ's that I'm scared of their planes :o
Worst landing area - Perris if you want on the grass/Skydive Atlanta if its muddy/Raeford if the Dragon is awake and biting.
Worst canopy traffic - WFFC
Most unfriendly - Skydive Dallas
Slowest DZ - Taylor Air Sports (needed to wait on people to fly the 182 :S)
Yesterday is history
And tomorrow is a mystery

Uh, no disrespect intended, but you -are- aware there is a joke about that ad, here's the new caption;

"Skydive Chicago -- A nice place to take a dump."

And don't get me wrong, restroom facilities -do- (doo-doo?) matter, especially to the whuffos that seem to travel with the tandem folks and any celebrity jumpers that might pop in. They do make an impression about the care the DZ takes in other areas.

SkydiveChicago is # 1! No specialty aircraft, just two full time twin otters taking 23 to 14K in 12 minutes or less.
Great vibes, great people, unequaled facilities.
Oh, did I mention all the hot ladies? I have now.

Mock if you will, but when you gotta go, you gotta go!

Did I mention that we have grass on the landing area and tarmac on the runway:P

And a real camera step:P

Skydive Wayne County near Richmond, Ind., might not have the cleanest bathrooms. But they have the greatest people. And the most sex.

yup... I am now at spaceland, and nothing against spaceland at all its a great place, but no DZ will ever live up to richmond. the people there are like family the min you walk in the door, and well it does have a reputation for the sex...and sex...and well of course all the sex that happens there. not to mention (which is probably why there is so much sex) the parties are damn amazing... cant wait to come home and visit ya SWC!

I've never been to Crosskeys, but I hear nothing but good things about that dz. Plus, I love their aircraft!

From my experiences:
Most fun dz: Indiana Skydiving Academy - it's pretty much non-stop laughs while I'm there.

Most women: Chicagoland Skydiving Center - I feel really comfortable there since there is an oddly high proportionate number of female skydivers there. I really appreciate how staff/dzos treat women as well...as humans...not as objects

Prettiest: Elsinore

Best organizers: WFFC

Best facilities: SDC

Best overall: Z-hills Great staff/organizers, landing area isn't too shabby, great parties, camping area could be better, nice planes....my favorite out of the 3 FL dzs I've been to (also been to Lake Wales and Deland.)
There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Skydive Pennsylvania, cause it's the only DZ I've ever been to. Everyone there kicks butt, it's got a turboprop airplane, it's not too crowded (although I'm sure Jeff and Nicky wished it were more crowded), and did I mention it's the only DZ I know?
Clean bathroom, HUGE place to land that's covered in grass, and only a few minutes from Grove City Outlets (good shopping and the best kettle corn I've ever had). I may not know a ton of stuff about skydiving, but I do know that this place is a gem.
