This is a cool site for aircraft/skydiving incidents

It should be pointed out that NASA reports aren't the same thing as accident or incident reports. A NASA report serves a totally different purpose.

Pilots (and ATC as well as others) report items of interest to NASA voluntarily. There is an incentive for them to do this as it is a sort of "get out of jail free" card in the aviation community. Once reported to NASA, the FAA is not supposed to take action against the pilot (or Controller). Obviously this wouldn't hold water in a serious case involving a fatality or anything of that nature, but it stops the FAA from going after minor safety violations in return for the information and possible patterns of issues that come up.

Pilots that blow through designated drop zones would be well advised to file a NASA form immediately.

It's a great program. No commercial pilot should ever fly without a NASA form in his gear bag.

NASA was chosen for this role as a third party since it is both credible and completely separate from the FAA.

Its interesting that there are a few places that consistantly have their location in the list. Is this just because they file a form more often or because there are more safety issues at these locations?
