jumpinjackflash 0 #8 November 9, 2003 Ok, I got it... I want it... However, my jump levels are way too low to even think about it yet. With that in mind, could you, hmmm, give a little "story" describing the experience, i.e. exit, soaring, distances???? sensations??? tease me a lil more??? jjfIt's a gas, gas, gas... Nightingale 0 #9 November 9, 2003 wingsuits seem interesting... what would you consider an appropriate experience level to try one?
skybytch 273 #10 November 9, 2003 BirdMan says 500 jumps to jump one without an instructor, 200ish jumps if you're really, really current and heads up. It's worth the wait. Jack - I'd attempt to explain but it's kinda like trying to explain skydiving to a whuffo... you gotta experience it to understand cuz it's hard to put it all into words. RevJim 0 #13 November 10, 2003 Quote Ask RevJim... he took a hit yesterday Nylon Crack is the best thing going right now in skydiving Woooo Hoooo! I was asked how many jumps I have now. I have 2. Seriously. ANYTHING I have done in the air in the past was just leading up to this. This is some serious shit. It's skydiving back to its purest form. Back when people turned their heads upwards to watch the birds gliding through the air, and to dream of being able to be one of those birds. That day is here.
