Partorg 0 #78 November 6, 2003 The Best TSO on the market -WINGS Was tested at 350 pounds with a 12.5G It's most safe I beleve. I know dude which broke his Jav horn. on a regular sit flight , after premature opening....That would never happens to wings after the invested 250000 in the safety research. And Wings willing to work with clients until they happy. 4 weeks or go to the factory in person and get you one in 3-4 days.Comfort wise..........I am happy with it as well, but safety for me - first.I do not like monopoly , partially cause I am from USSR originally.......Wings is good competitor to a Jav to make Skydiving community happy. Thanks.I'll see you when I see you and if I don't see you.........Hell with you.
Antithesis 0 #79 November 6, 2003 I willl buy another Wings I would get a mirage because I like the style but that alone doesn't compare to the value comfort style and service that wings have given me. richclive 0 #80 November 6, 2003 I'll fifth that, although I can't see many colonials agreeing that a rig made by surrender monkeys is any good. Or that PdeF have been one of the most innovative manufacturers in history.
sundevil777 102 #81 November 6, 2003 QuoteWas tested at 350 pounds with a 12.5G So this means it was subjected to a little over 4000 pounds. Was this a static load test, or an instrumented dynamic test? What is the static load requirement for the different versions of TSO specifications? I can't find the post where this was discussed before, but I thought about 4000 pounds was the typical static load applied.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
