cruzit 0 #1 November 6, 2003 In July, my 4-year old Pro-Dytter died a horrible painful death - just stopped working . When I got home from the DZ on Sunday...I e-mailed Larsen and Brusgaard and asked if they had a list of authorized dealers who might be able to assist me in a repair of my dytter. I received an e-mail back almost instantly. Mads asked me to ship it to them and he said they would see what they could do. Since I knew I wouldn't be jumping for a couple of weeks, I packaged it up and shipped it to them. To make a long story short, after a couple of mail foul-ups...go figure. I received a brand-new Pro-Dytter in the mail compliments of Mads. Hey...they even threw in an extra set of batteries. Now that's service
 Soozie 0 #2 November 6, 2003 Very awesome! And just when I had lost faith that anyone knew what "Customer Service" even meant. So I sent Larsen and Brusgaard a letter asking about hard housings for helmets and they sent me a new protrack and an ankle mount as I had already ordered a new one from my dealer. I don't believe that there is better customer service on the planet. (I did send them a thank you check for partial value because I was so amazed that they could do this) I travel the land, Work in the ocean, Play in the sky
 Join the conversation You can post now and register later.
