Body Postition

Recommended Posts

I have just completed my AFP number 9 and 10 jump. My body position is good one jump and then I wobble the next. Looking for suggestions on ways to practice to get good consistency. I have a tunnel within two hours that I am looking into getting time booked at but anyone have any ways that I can practice at home?

Like others have said, you probably are a bit tensed. Wobbling usually mean that you are a bit tensed. You are not the only one. I think many of us went through the same thing. Just continue to jump and learn to relax more while maintaining keen awareness. It will get better! The more you jump, the more awareness you will gain. You will make adjustments and before you know it, you will be flying like pro! B| Just have fun!

Just listen to your instructors.

One technique I teach... Just before you get ready to exit, take a DEEP breath and let it out slowly. It tends to relax people. Try it and see how it works. B|

You can also try yawning. It really helps as well.
