They are claiming the want to build one WITHIN British Columbia.... Most likely it would be in the Vancouver Area..rather than over on the island. http://www.bodyflight.com/ The Worldwide list of Wind Tunnels lists them but I do not know of an operational tunnel in Victoria. http://www.skydivingmagazine.com/windtunl.htm Looks like a Tunnel of Dreams... if they build it.. they will come....
