Squeak 17 #1 August 27, 2003 I recently bought a pair of Sport Rx G102's for my skydiving goggles, they work really well and have good periferal vision.(real strong script) The foam seals have started to deterioate on one side so I emailed Sport Rx and asked them for a foam insert to replace the one on mine. They said they dont have the inserts they get the frames and foam preglued. They then suggested I could either send the goggles to them for repairs/replace or they would send me another pair for me to have the lenes replaced. After explaining the distance problem, they stated that they have mailed out a new pair to me today. NICE customer serviceA pleasure dealing with them, all this correspondence has taken place over 2 working days. Very cool Sport RxYou are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?
jlkilpatrick 0 #2 August 30, 2003 Since I have had no problems with my SportRX goggles, I haven't had any experience with their after-sale customer service. I was very pleased, however with their speedy shipment of my original order. I got an exam at a local eyeglass place, and ordered a pair of glasses with, (gasp), GLASS lenses. They almost didn't know what I meant. (I'm a carpenter, and glass is far more resistant to minor scratches from my everyday activities). I ordered from SportRX that same day, and had my goggles in hand before the local place managed to come up with an ordinary, albeit glass lensed, set of spectacles. The goggles are also a better grind for the prescription. I highly reccomend them to anyone needing prescription goggles! Have Fun!
