aztechalo 0 #1 August 28, 2003 I would like to try to put together a little west coast celebration on behalf of Sam, for those of us that missed out on the NC deal. I'm sure most everyone would like to do it at a drop zone, but seeing as I'm out of touch with the skydiving community, these days, I don't have the resources. Sam (as you may already know) has taught at Hollister, Monterey, and Byron. If anyone has the ability to set up a day we can use one of these drop zones (I'm thinking BBQ and jumps) I would love to talk to you. If we can't use a drop zone, the beach in Santa Cruz was one of if not the favorite place for Sam to be. That I can set up and get permits for. SkymonkeyONE 4 #2 August 28, 2003 It was his wish that his ashes get scattered over Monterey. We will be dropping some of them over Raeford as well, right after the world meet.
