Differences between Dutch en Belgian licences?

Recommended Posts

I (a Belgian bloke) just completed my AFF (yes, I finaly managed to whip out a can of relaxation and fly through those levels) with a Dutch club and now apparently have the option to either get membership to the Dutch or Belgian "parachuting governing federation".
Now I hear the Dutch and Belgian federations have different sets of rules but I can't seem to find these to make up my mind which is best (for me).

So, are there any Belgian or Dutch members here that can tell me what precisely the KNVvL or VVP do, where they differ and would would be mostlikely good/best for a new Belgian jumper like myself?
