The affected handles have the following serial numbers: M006110, M006144, and M006123. These handles were supplied to Mirage Systems by Jump Shack in an effort to fulfill our customer needs during the first recall of handles from Capewell. Attached is a copy of the recall letter sent by Jump Shack. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mirage Systems at (386)740-9222 or Jump Shack at (386) 734-5867.
