Jess is a lot of fun to work with, always fair with his employees and handles situations well under pressure. He has taught me a lot about video, accuracy and AFF. He is an open minded DZO, will generally cater to the public and he is the kind of person who makes things happen. It is often that you may hear him tell jumpers and customers.
