skydivejersey 0 #2 July 21, 2003 We normally recommend either the Bantry House, as we can negotiate special rates or the Rose Farm campsite. Both are relatively close to the airfield and equipped with bar and pool! Will pm you when I confirm rates. Al.
jjiimmyyt 0 #3 July 21, 2003 I should be there if I can get the time off work, although if this ankle hasn't healed by then I'll volunteer to drive the bus back to the airport. jjiimmyyt 0 #6 July 22, 2003 My main problem will be getting all the time off I think. Not sure how keen they will be to let me have a week off when I've been out for 10 weeks, but I did get the doc to sign me back into work a couple of weeks early so hopefully that will influnce the decision. Augusta Bell 109 Helicopter (think Airwolf!) As usual all jumps are onto the beach. We are also looking at having a Porter and Dakota for a day but these are not confirmed as yet. Blue skies, Alun. Edited re beach.
WayneRATS 0 #9 July 24, 2003 been looking into flights to get there and FlyBe.com are charging £80 return :/ any other airlines i can try??------------------------ Can You Ere Me Now?
skydivejersey 0 #10 July 24, 2003 Tend to be cheaper if you can go from Southampton or Gatwick. Other options are BA / British Midlands. Do a search on www.travelocity.co.uk and play with dates and the airports your leaving from. Usually can get some OK deals.
