Sebastian is having their Halloween Boogie THIS WEEKEND, 10/24 - 26 despite Nationals going on. You can go to the website (www.skydiveseb.com) for specifics but the DZ is decorated REALLY COOL, there will be a costume party Saturday night and prizes and I THINK free food....THINK?! So why don't ya come play with us....so what it's a week before Halloween - just think of it as an extra weekend you can dress up. Come on admit it.....you know you like to dress up. See ya Saturday and Sunday!!! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
SkymonkeyONE 4 #2 October 22, 2003 Why don't we just save our money and come down the NEXT weekend, like we have already planned? Choice A: Halloween and no out -of-towners Choice B: Bytch Boogie with all the dropzone.com people Katie and I choose choice B. Chuck
sunnydee123 0 #3 October 22, 2003 Well I'll be at all of them and can't wait to meet (and hug) your little Katie......and you of course. How does that saying go...."It will NOT be sucking in Sebastian"?????? Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
The111 1 #4 October 23, 2003 QuoteIt will NOT be sucking in Sebastian"?????? Where did this saying originate? I've seen it on here before and it makes me laugh...www.WingsuitPhotos.com
skymama 37 #5 October 23, 2003 It's a monkey thing. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
The111 1 #6 October 23, 2003 Ok, so what was the context of its origination... i.e. how/why was it first said? I have several catch phrases/inside jokes that I share with my friends, but they all originate somewhere and mean something.www.WingsuitPhotos.com
SkymonkeyONE 4 #7 October 23, 2003 "We are not sucking" means that we don't suck, but other people and places do. Come on, you have certainly heard someone tell someone else "you suck," haven't you? As for the comment, I originated it at Panama City Beach, Florida during the PST meet. Chuck
The111 1 #8 October 23, 2003 Yes, I have, and I guess "we are not sucking" makes more sense as a response to "you suck"... but said by itself (not as a response) it sounds kind of funny. A declaration of non-suckage... Sort of the equivalent of saying "this is not stupid" instead of "this is cool". Unnecessary negations. I like. Also, I guess it sounds funny because it's written in the "ing" form, i.e. "we are not sucking" instead of the simpler "we do not suck". No one ever accuses something of sucking. For example, "this movie is sucking." It's usually, "this movie sucks." But I do like the expression, and I shall use it.www.WingsuitPhotos.com
SkymonkeyONE 4 #9 October 23, 2003 I give you full authorization to use it as you see fit. Many, many people on the boogie and swoop circuit already use it. Chuck

sunnydee123 0 #11 October 24, 2003 Well I guess technically everyone could dress up for the Bytch Boogie as well, since it is only the day after Halloween ....and maybe it will make Karaokee easier See everyone soon! sunnydee123 0 #17 October 27, 2003 Well we have a lovely little Caravan we are jumping right now, until the Otter and Skyvan come home. One thing is for sure - seems the "masses" have started returning to Sebas even though all our planes aren't home yet You did say JUMP OUT OF ....not just jump, right?
