Blahr 0 #1 November 24, 2003 Does anyone know if there are any drop zones in the Virgin Islands? More specifically, St. John.
JamesNahikian 0 #2 November 25, 2003 No dropzones on St. John or St. Croix, parasailing is a close as it gets unless you hire a heli. Never been to St. Tom. When do you plan to be there? I visit St. Croix once a year and might be interested in timing 2004's trip to share lift. D. James Nahikian CHICAGO
Blahr 0 #3 November 25, 2003 Hello James, This trip looks to be mid 2005. Long ways off still... My wife would love parasailing. Unfortunately it just doesnt do it for me. I think it would just make me mad My family wants to re-enact a trip we all took there in 1978 and plans to make it in mid 2005 to give everyone plenty of time to save $$$ Cheers
JamesNahikian 0 #4 November 25, 2003 Definitely focus on your family, however, if you plan to spend time in St. John or St. Croix (and St. Croix easily is the better venue for coercing heli pilots as well as for nightlife), please let me know. Since 1998, I've visited the area from 12/23 through 1/6 and by 2005 I'm pretty confident I can round up the usual suspects for lift. Also let me know if you worked in arlington, you'll have instant friends. D. James Nahikian CHICAGO

Another's private yacht tends to bestow some access privileges, go figure. Hope to see you near the wall or otherwise, marine life rocks unless I s'ppose you're an Australian zookeeper . . . D.
