B License manuevers

Recommended Posts

I always assumed that you did the little set of manuevers on your check-dive, and so an instructor would be there to see it, and it gives you something to do on the check-dive.

thats how I did it for my A license manuevers/check-dive.

There is no B license check dive. When you fill out the B application you just write which jump you did it on. In theory if someone checks your logbook, there should be some proof in there that you completed the maneuvers on that jump. But as far as I know, no actual witness is necessary. Then again I could be wrong.

All jumps required for a license or rating need to be appropriately logged. - Since you have to study the SIM for the license test anyway, look it up.

i'm pretty sure the cspa requires a coach-2 to witness the maneuver series, either in air, on video, or from the ground, but it does have to be witnessed.
