In France for the Summer, where to freefly?

Recommended Posts

I am going to be in France for most of the summer and was wanting some opinions where to get the most fun jumping in.. I have a lot of time on my hands to jump while I am there and it is one of the main goals of the trip..
Which DZ's have the most fun jumpers freeflying?

ANy imput or suggestions for DZ's and travel would be appreciated, and very needed!!!!..

I am going to be 2 hours south of Paris near Lapalisse(spelling?) well sort of, anyways central part of France.
Cheers......

Well, there you go... Jump there! lol

There a small boogie in august most summers in Vichy (30 minutes from Lapalisse) put together by Lapalisse. The cheap bastards couldnt upgrade their runaway to accomodate the slightly larger plane they use for the boogie...;)

Well from the website the DZ seemed to cater to organized teams, coaching and training purposes, kind of like DeLand. Does anyone have a different perception of the DZ??? I dont have any thing to go on except the website...

Somewhere fun jumpers might not find a lot of people to jump with unless there was a specific organized event because everyone is working or training with their team. That was just my impression from the site...

I just want to go and rip up some killer dives with people, but part of the battle is being in the right environment....
