Jumping in Switzerland.

Recommended Posts

Ever since I saw that skysurfing video with Patrick De Garyon (sp?) in Good Stuff I have wanted to jump there.

I may be mistaken, but I believe it was in some valley in swizterland.

Well, I am going to be there in a couple weeks, so I was wondering if anyone knows what drop zone it is that is nestled in some valley there and if I will need to bring my own rig or can rent one of theirs.

Any swiss jumpers here that can help? :)

I don't have good stuff, but if you can capture a pic I might be able to tell you where that is...
in any case consult our jump calendar and tell me if you don't understand something...
if you have any other question don't hesitate either

depending on which dz (epagny/gruyères, saanen) we are using at our club, we have some really nice mountains, and we have rigs for rent (around 8$ per jump without packing), canopies between 260 and 170 (brand new silhouette)
otherwise some dz's have nice mountains... Interlaken, Locarno... If you ask there you might have some good answers too.

Just ask in the German forum "Stammtisch", there will be jumpers to help you (everybody is talking English). Or PM "flyingfrog" a Swiss guy. He surely will be able to answer your questions.

I've been in Switzerland for jumping: unforgettable jumps!

Go there and enjoy,
