TangBu 1 #1 August 25, 2004 Hi all, I'm going to be spending a few months in Beijing starting in September. Does anyone know if there are any dropzones near Beijing? Presumably I'd need a non military DZ that will accept foreign sport jumpers. I will not be able to take my rig with me so would have to rent equipment; just wondering whether I should bother to bring along my documentation....Blair. skylee_pinoy 0 #2 August 25, 2004 Blue Ones!!! this is not related about CHINA.... im from Philippines, and we have small poor DZ. I was just wondering if you like to visit here in our place to jump. You may not bring your rig but it is advised to bring for safety... but not required. We believe that skydivers from other country CAN jump with us with no hassle. No need for any documentation or any liscense. As long as you show us you Photos doing FREEFALL. Logbook here is not required. We are not affiliated with any associations since it's not applicable here in our country. But for first timers who want to jump with us, we follow our customary training method. We only offer static line jump here and training takes 5 days. 3 hours in morning for skydiving matters; history, exits, canopy piloting. and the 3 hours in the afternoon are concentrated only to emergency procedures. That's 5 training days. Anyways, if you plan to jump here, just e-mail me at skylee_swoop@yahoo.com or visit my temporary web at www.skyswoop.cjb.net Ever want to jump to one of the world wonders like the CHOCOLATE HILLS? surf this. If this happens, you will be the first foreigner to jump this magnificent land view. A very great way to have it capture on stills and video. BLUE SKIES!!! LEE of Philippines!
